| Outline | This product is a potent inducer of colon cancer in mice and rats and is used extensively in the exploration of cancer prevention substances and in the study of onset mechanism of cancers as a substance for preparation of colon cancer models. Furthermore, with worries about the increase in colon cancers, antioncogenic substances are explored more enthusiastically, attaching importance to the roles played by this product.The average dose level of this product is 15 mg/kg (body weight) administered subcutaneously once a week for about 3 weeks and aberrant crypt foci (ACF) are detected after several weeks. |
