Some organic synthesis or preparations are sensitive toward moisture and/or oxygen. Anhydrous solvents and air-sensitive reagents from FUJIFILM Wako are packaged in a bottle with a special cap which can be using a syringe inserted through the hole in the cap (Figure). The bottle is purged and backfilled with nitrogen gas.
