Wakopak® Wakosil® 5Diol is a HPLC column using gel filtration packing agent composed of 5 μm, porous, spherical silica gel with a chemically bonded diol group (alcoholic hydroxyl group). The silica gel base material with superior physical strength compared to the polymer base material enables stable separation even when used continuously under high pressure and high flow rate. There are 4 different pore sizes of packing agent, suitable for the analysis of water-soluble polymers with ranging from hundreds to hundreds of thousands of molecular weights.
