Description
ISOSPIN Agarose Gel is a kit for the extraction and purification of DNA fragments from agarose gels using a spin column.
DNA can be recovered in approximately 20 minutes from agarose gels, including those made with standard agarose (non–low-melting point) or high-concentration agarose (up to 5%).The purified DNA is suitable for various molecular biology applications, such as restriction enzyme digestion, sequencing, and cloning.
